Lesson learned yesterday:
Remember the real schedule of your exam!
I actually scheduled Archie, Dada and myself for the 1:00 - 1:30 pm timeslot of the move system exam but yesterday, when everyone was asking me what time my exam was (they were hoping for some tips / leakage from me), I casually replied, “1:30 pa chong”
Good thing I told myself to go early, for some leakage( oops. tips pala, not leakage) from the earlier batch, a really really good yet somehow bad idea. So Sam and I were mocking and hating Roxy (ex PBB) on GAME KNB because her 1 million peso question was so easy. We got it, she didn’t. And she did the ugliest ugliest face expressions, her mouth was like gaping, widely opened, how I wish a fly would enter it and she’d cough and close her big mouth. But there, it was almost 1 and then I went to the Biosci building.
I looked so stupid when I entered the hall, walking like a rockstar, hahaha, waving my hands and smiling at archie and dada. I couldn’t have walked any slower that time. Man I looked stupid in front of everyone. Well, I did notice our proctor, talking to the whole batch, which should’ve included me. At first I thought she was just giving out some tips, but she was actually briefing them out. So as I was nearing I saw Archie’s face with a funny crumpled expression and did the “hurry up” gesture with her hands. So I ran because they were still a couple rooms away. I again, looked extra stupid.
” Ah, ****, there you are”
So our proctor continued and said we have one minute left till the exam starts. I moved over to Archie and said
“Chong ngayon na ba exam naten? Hindi ba 1:30?”
“Hindi ba obvious? Ikaw kaya yung nag sign up saten!”
And we laughed until the proctor motioned us to keep quiet. That was just so funny! hehehehe. But at least I didn’t get to miss the exam.
Okay, done with the lesson. Today is my mom’s special day. She’s been questioning me for weeks if I had exams on this day. She’d tell me almost every other day for the past two weeks,
“Mahal, opening ko sa Oct.17 ha.”
So I found out, I have not a single exam on this day, I was thinking, man, my mom must have prayed for this. hahaha. I just have to be there. Because of this feng shui thing. You see, in my family, I have this jinx, which the feng shui master told us. When I get from the food first ,during gatherings or any simple meal, the food just vanishes. So that doesn’t just apply to food. Actually I hate this jinx, but I’ve actually proven it, it’s not a joke. I noticed how that always happens. The food just isn’t enough for the six of us when I get the first serving.
So, my mom wants it that I would be the very first customer of her salon because her chemicals would then always be filled out. I sure hope that’s true. And I sure hope my mom’s salon goes well. She’s been trying out dozens, I don’t know which ones are serious but I think this one is. hahahaha. Well, I’m just happy for her she’s got something to do.
So there this is a pretty long post. I have two big exams tomorrow and my most feared exam on Friday, CALCULUS. I’m off to study before going to my mom’s opening.
I LOVE YOU JANE! I’m so sorry I slept on you last night. I was just so tired from my two exams yesterday. And we were talking about dresses and your shopping urges. I just couldn’t help it. And don’t worry, I won’t prohibit you from wearing those dresses, I just wanna see them first. And what was the felisse dress? was that a real dress name or a style? I was so confused. But it’s a turn on how you know all of the clothes names and styles. Or freaky for me when all I know are pants, shorts, t-shirt and sleeveless. hehehe. I LOVE YOU!
And to you who has never stopped bothering my head. I’m sure you’re doing fine.
